kotobaz（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するアプリ「SunFlare」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 取得する情報
本アプリでは、サービス提供および機能改善のため、以下の情報を取得または利用する場合があります。
- 通知機能を利用する場合：通知用デバイストークン、通知設定、端末の言語設定、プレミアム利用状態の確認情報
- アプリ内課金を利用する場合：AppleまたはGoogleから提供される購入状態、購読状態、購入確認に必要な情報
- アプリ内で保存される情報：お気に入り、設定、表示設定、キャッシュなど
- アプリの動作確認や不具合対応に必要な技術情報：OS、アプリバージョン、エラー情報など
本アプリは、氏名、住所、電話番号、連絡先、写真、カメラ、マイク、正確な位置情報などを取得しません。
2. 利用目的
取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
- 太陽フレア、地磁気活動、宇宙天気に関する通知を配信するため
- プレミアム機能の利用状態を確認するため
- アプリの設定や表示状態を保存するため
- 不具合の調査、品質改善、サービスの安定運用のため
3. アプリ内課金について
本アプリでは、プレミアム機能を提供するためにアプリ内課金を利用します。
決済処理はApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playにより行われます。当方は、クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得または保存しません。
4. 通知について
本アプリでは、利用者が通知を許可した場合に限り、太陽フレアや地磁気活動などに関する通知を送信することがあります。
通知は端末の設定からいつでも停止できます。また、本アプリ内の設定から通知内容を変更できます。
5. 利用している外部サービス
本アプリでは、以下の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。
- Firebase Cloud Messaging：プッシュ通知の配信
- Firebase Cloud Functions：通知設定やプレミアム状態の確認処理
- Apple App Store：iOS版のアプリ内課金処理
- Google Play：Android版のアプリ内課金処理

6. 第三者提供
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に販売または広告目的で提供することはありません。
7. データの管理と削除
通知に関する情報は、通知機能の提供に必要な範囲で利用されます。通知を停止したい場合は、端末の通知設定または本アプリ内の設定から変更できます。
アプリ内に保存された設定やキャッシュは、アプリの削除により端末から削除されます。
8. お子様の利用について
本アプリは、利用者から年齢を直接取得しません。また、13歳未満のお子様から個人を特定できる情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

当方は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または当方のウェブサイト上でお知らせします。

- When using notification features: device tokens for push notifications, notification settings, device language settings, and information necessary to verify premium subscription status
- When using in-app purchases: purchase status, subscription status, and information necessary to verify purchases provided by Apple or Google
- Information stored within the App: favorites, settings, display preferences, cache data, and similar information
- Technical information necessary for troubleshooting and operation: operating system, app version, error information, and similar technical data
The App does not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone data, precise location information, or similar personal information.
2. Purpose of Use

- To send notifications related to solar flares, geomagnetic activity, and space weather
- To verify access to premium features
- To save App settings and display preferences

3. In-App Purchases
The App uses in-app purchases to provide premium features.
Payment processing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers.
4. Notifications
The App may send notifications related to solar flares, geomagnetic activity, and other space weather events only when the user has granted notification permission.
Notifications can be disabled at any time through the device settings. Notification preferences can also be changed within the App.

Settings, cache data, and other information stored locally within the App will be deleted from the device when the App is uninstalled.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App does not directly collect users’ ages. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
