MoonCompass 利用規約
本規約（以下、「本規約」といいます。）は、MoonCompass（以下、「本アプリ」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第1条（適用）
本規約は、ユーザーと本アプリ運営者（以下、「運営者」といいます。）との間の本アプリ利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。
第2条（提供内容）
本アプリは、以下の機能を提供します。
- 月の方角・高度・月齢・出没時刻などの情報表示
- 月の現在位置を空に重ねて表示する AR モード
- 当日の月の天文情報
- その他、運営者が随時追加する機能
第3条（無料版の制限）
無料版ユーザーには以下の制限があります。
- 月データの更新は 1 日 1 回まで
- 月データの更新は通算 10 回まで（10 回を超えると更新不可）
- AR モードは 1 回のみ利用可能
第4条（プレミアムプラン）
ユーザーは、任意で月額 300 円のプレミアムプランに加入することで以下を利用できます。
- 月データの無制限更新
- AR モードの無制限利用
- 追加機能・コンテンツ（今後追加予定）
プレミアムプランは自動更新サブスクリプションです。利用期間終了の 24 時間前までに解約しない限り自動更新されます。
第5条（サブスクリプションの管理・解約）
- iOS：Apple ID のサブスクリプション管理画面で解約可能
- Android：Google Play ストアのサブスクリプション管理画面で解約可能
アプリ内から解約はできません。
解約しても利用期間残り分の返金（日割り）はありません。
第6条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- データ解析、リバースエンジニアリング
- 不正アクセス、過度な負荷を与える行為
- 本アプリに関する権利の侵害
- 公序良俗に反する行為
- 運営者が不適切と判断する行為
第7条（免責事項）
本アプリの情報は正確性を保証するものではありません。 天文データの変動や端末性能・GPS精度の影響により、実際の月の位置と誤差が生じる場合があります。これにより生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。
また、ユーザーが本アプリを利用したことにより生じた損害について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
第8条（規約の変更）
運営者は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載された時点で効力を持つものとします。
MoonCompass Terms of Service (English)
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) define the conditions for using MoonCompass (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the App operator (“Operator”) regarding the use of the App.
Article 2 (Provided Features)
The App provides the following features:
- Display of moon direction, altitude, phase, rise/set time
- AR mode that overlays the current moon position in the sky
- Basic daily astronomical information
- Other features added by the Operator
Article 3 (Free Version Limitations)
The free version includes the following usage limits:
- Moon data updates: once per day
- Total updates: up to 10 times (after 10 updates, further updates are disabled)
- AR mode: usable once only
Article 4 (Premium Plan)
By subscribing to the Premium Plan (300 JPY per month), users gain access to:
- Unlimited moon data updates
- Unlimited use of AR mode
- Additional premium features and content (to be added in the future)
The Premium Plan is an auto-renewing subscription. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, it will renew automatically.
Article 5 (Subscription Management & Cancellation)
- iOS: Manage/cancel via Apple ID subscription settings
- Android: Manage/cancel via Google Play subscription settings
Cancellations cannot be made within the App.
No prorated refunds are provided for partial periods.
Article 6 (Prohibited Actions)
Users must not engage in the following actions:
- Reverse engineering or unauthorized analysis
- Unauthorized access or excessive load on the server
- Infringing upon intellectual property rights
- Acts contrary to public order and morals
- Any act deemed inappropriate by the Operator
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The accuracy of the App’s lunar information is not guaranteed. Actual moon position may differ due to atmospheric conditions, device performance, or GPS accuracy. The Operator is not responsible for any damages resulting from such discrepancies.
The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the user’s use of the App.
Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)
The Operator may change these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms will take effect when published on this page.
