本アプリは、アカウント登録やログイン機能を提供しておらず、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号など、利用者を直接特定できる個人情報を取得しません。位置情報も取得しません。

本アプリでは、以下の情報を端末内にのみ保存する場合があります。

• 表示設定などの利用者がアプリ内で設定した情報
• アプリ内課金によるPro機能の解放状態
• 見逃し防止通知（Pro機能）の既読・確認状況

これらの情報は端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。

2. 利用目的

本アプリは、保存された情報を以下の目的で利用します。

• 表示設定などを保持するため
• 購入済みのPro機能を利用できるようにするため
• 見逃し防止通知（Pro機能）を正しく動作させるため

3. 外部データソースについて

本アプリは、地球観測・気象・地質・宇宙天気に関する情報を表示するため、NASA、USGS、NOAA、GDACS、Smithsonian Global Volcanism Programなど、公開されている第三者の観測データAPIと通信します。これらの通信は公開データの取得のみを目的としており、利用者を特定する情報を送信することはありません。

4. アプリ内課金について

本アプリでは、Pro機能をアプリ内課金（買い切り）により提供します。購入処理は、Apple Inc.が提供するApp Storeの決済システムを通じて行われます。当方がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得、保存することはありません。

5. 広告・解析ツールについて

本アプリでは、広告配信SDKおよびアクセス解析SDKを使用していません。

6. 第三者提供について

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、本アプリで取得した利用者情報を第三者に提供しません。

The App does not provide account registration or login features and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number. The App does not collect location data.

The App may store the following information on your device only:

• Display settings you configure within the App
• Pro feature unlock status through in-app purchases
• Read/acknowledgment status of missed-event alerts (Pro feature)

This information is stored on your device only and is not sent to or stored on our servers.

2. Purpose of Use

The App uses the stored information for the following purposes:

• To keep your display settings
• To enable purchased Pro features
• To operate missed-event alerts (Pro feature) correctly

3. Third-Party Data Sources

To display Earth observation, climate, geological, and space-weather information, the App communicates with publicly available third-party data APIs, including NASA, USGS, NOAA, GDACS, and the Smithsonian Global Volcanism Program. These requests are made only to retrieve public data and do not transmit any information that identifies you.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers a Pro feature unlock (non-consumable, one-time purchase) through in-app purchase. Purchase processing is handled through the App Store payment system provided by Apple Inc. We do not collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers.

The App does not use advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs.

6. Third-Party Disclosure
