MoonCompass プライバシーポリシー
MoonCompass（以下、「本アプリ」といいます。）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、適切に個人情報を保護することを重要な責務と考えています。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。
第1条（収集する情報）
本アプリでは、以下の情報を収集する場合があります。
1. 端末情報（個人を特定しない情報）
- 端末モデル名
- OS バージョン
- アプリバージョン
- 利用状況（クラッシュログ、アクセス解析）
2. 位置情報（高度・方角の計算に使用）
本アプリでは、現在地の「緯度・経度」を使用して、月の方角・高度・出没時刻を計算します。
- 位置情報は端末内でのみ使用し、サーバーに保存しません。
- 正確な月の位置を表示するために一時的に取得します。
- ユーザーの許可なしに位置情報を取得することはありません。
3. サブスクリプション情報（App Store / Google Play）
- 購入状況（プレミアム加入の有無）
- 購入履歴（Apple / Google のシステムにより提供される範囲内）
※決済情報（クレジットカード番号など）を本アプリ側が取得することはありません。
第2条（情報の利用目的）
収集した情報は、以下の目的のために利用します。
- 月の位置情報の正確な計算および提供
- アプリの品質向上および不具合修正
- サブスクリプション（プレミアムプラン）の管理
- ユーザーサポートのための確認
第3条（第三者提供について）
本アプリは、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
- 法令に基づく場合
- ユーザー本人の同意がある場合
- 統計情報として個人を特定できない形で提供する場合
第4条（外部サービスの利用）
本アプリでは、以下の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。
- Google Firebase（クラッシュ解析・パフォーマンス解析）
- Apple / Google のサブスクリプション管理システム
これらのサービスが収集する情報は、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
第5条（位置情報の取り扱い）
位置情報は、月の高度・方角を計算する目的でのみ利用されます。位置情報は外部サーバーに送信・保存されず、アプリ内で処理されます。
第6条（ユーザーの権利）
ユーザーは、以下の権利を有します。
- 位置情報へのアクセス許可・拒否・取り消し
- アプリの削除によるデータの消去
- サブスクリプションの解約（App Store / Google Play）
第7条（免責事項）
- 本アプリは、提供する天文データの正確性を保証するものではありません。
- 位置情報や端末の精度により誤差が生じる場合があります。
- 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。
第8条（ポリシーの変更）
運営者は、本ポリシーの内容を必要に応じて変更できるものとします。変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載された時点で効力を持ちます。

MoonCompass (the “App”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles user information.
Article 1 (Information We Collect)
1. Device Information (Non-personal)
- Device model
- OS version
- App version
- Usage logs, crash logs, and analytics
2. Location Information
The App uses your device’s latitude and longitude to calculate the moon’s altitude, direction, and rise/set times.
- Location data is processed locally and not stored on any server.
- Used only to display accurate lunar information.
- Location access is never obtained without user permission.
3. Subscription Information
- Subscription status (Premium or Free)
- Purchase history provided by Apple / Google
The App never receives credit card or payment details.
Article 2 (Purpose of Use)
The collected information is used for the following purposes:
- Providing accurate lunar data
- Improving the App and fixing issues
- Managing premium subscriptions
- User support
Article 3 (Third-Party Disclosure)
The App does not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- When required by law
- With user consent
- When shared as statistical, non-identifiable information
Article 4 (Use of External Services)
- Google Firebase (crash analytics and performance data)

- The App does not guarantee perfect accuracy of astronomical data.
- Moon position may vary due to device performance, GPS accuracy, or environmental factors.
- The Operator is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the App.
Article 8 (Changes to the Policy)
The Operator may modify this Policy when necessary. Updates become effective when published on this page.
